Thank you for taking part in the MND Delphi study. This study will help develop guidelines on how best to deliver multidisciplinary team (MDT) care in the UK to people with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). The idea of a Delphi study is to gain consensus among a group of people across a small number of rounds of a survey. The survey is repeated a few times (3 or 4 is usual) with each repetition providing feedback to participants, which summarises the opinions of the other participants in the previous round. During the first round of the study, you will be asked to rate the importance of a range of treatments and services. The items are organised under section headings. You can switch between the section headings using the tabs across the top of the screen or the Previous | Next links at the foot of the page. During later rounds, you will be asked to re-asses your initial responses in the light of the responses of the other participants.
